With Feedbackly you can add metadata to the feedback you collect. This will help you segment feedback, identify users with their id’s, add transaction details like sums; or whatever you can think of!
How to add metadata to your responses via the touchpoint the feedback is collected with
1. Go to the Touchpoints page from the left hand side management panel.
2. Choose the touchpoints that you are adding metadata to and click on the name of the touchpoint.
3. Under the name of the touchpoint you have a few editing options, choose the Emit Meta one.
4. Add the metadata you would like to emit from the channel. Add the Key and the Value accordingly to what identification you like to be able to receive in the feedbacks.
