How the analytics filters work

When you want to view your results on a deeper level, you should go to the Survey analytics page. Here you have the possibility to add filters to search for the responses you are looking to view and analyse.

You can find the available filter options on the upper left hand side of the page.

1. First option is selecting the date range. There is a few default options; last 7 days, last full week, last 30 days and last full month. By clicking on the current dates you will be shown a calendar view, where you can set your freely set date range.

2. Filter by survey allows you to choose results depending on the survey. The list of surveys will show you the surveys that are available in the sate date range, so if you cant find the survey you are looking for make sure that you have chosen the date range when the survey has been active and gathered feedbacks.

3. Filter by touchpoint allows you to choose from your touchpoints that your surveys have been active in.

4. Group results by allows you to choose how you wish your results to be viewed, you can choose date, day of the week, hour, week number, month, source (touchpoint) and if you have metadata added to your survey.

After you have chosen your filters you need to click on the Update view tab that will appear at the bottom of the page after the filters have changed.
