Trouble with the Feedbackly iPad App

From time to time, you may encounter issues with the Feedbackly app. The most common issues are usually resolved by rebooting your iPad. To reboot an iPad: 

1. Press and hold the lock button until you see the 'Power Off' options 

2. Move the slide from left to right in order to power off the device 

3. Wait 15 seconds 

4. Press and hold the lock button again until the Apple logo appears 

5. Open the Feedbackly App
